This service is suitable for a growing business that has a bookkeeper or a small finance team, but you require a part time finance professional to review your team's work, and provide reliable financial reports to management for decision making.  This is beneficial when you require the expertise of a finance leader to help grow your business, but at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full time controller or chief financial officer (CFO).  Part time controller services are flexible, you can scale the time depending on your needs, and can include the following:

This service is suitable for businesses that just require year end financial statements prepared for management, shareholders, or government tax compliance.  You already have a good bookkeeper that enters the day to day banking transactions, and keeps the books and records in order.

For those businesses that do not require a full time bookkeeper on staff, we provide bookkeeping, payroll, and HST compliance services using Quickbooks Online (QBO) cloud based software.

If you are using the Quickbooks desktop version, we can also migrate your data to QBO to create more efficiencies in the bookkeeping process.  By using QBO, you can have access to your books and records anywhere and anytime.

We can also train you on some of the QBO features such as payroll, should you choose to prepare your own payroll.
